MiLooks aims to make pricing predictable by separating free previews from credit-based HD generation.
Preview images
Preview images are free and do not consume credits, so refunds do not apply to preview generation.
Previews may include watermarks depending on the active environment configuration.
HD generation
Credits are consumed when a user requests an HD output. If an internal generation failure occurs, MiLooks refunds the credits automatically.
Refund requests for completed outputs are reviewed case by case through support.
Payment issues
If a payment is captured but credits are not reflected in the wallet, MiLooks will reconcile the transaction using payment logs and webhook records.
Users should contact support with the order identifier for billing review.
